winpark uses automated monitoring systems to detect fraudulent wagering patterns, bonus abuse and collusion. Any account found to be engaging in such conduct will be suspended pending investigation, with winnings withheld pending review.
All withdrawal requests on winpark are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. winpark processes verified withdrawal requests within the stated timeframes. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
winpark collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Player data is never sold to third parties. All data transmissions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secured servers.
winpark accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and cryptocurrency. Payment method used for deposit must match the method used for withdrawal where possible.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and winpark ("winpark", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services available through the winpark platform at winpark.bet. The winpark Platform and all associated Services are strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. winpark enforces this restriction through mandatory CNIC-based age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any Real Money Balance will be returned to the deposit source.
You represent and warrant that you are accessing the winpark Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on winpark at any given time. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winpark reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances therein, including Real Money Balances, where multiple accounts have been used to gain an unfair advantage or circumvent promotional restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your winpark Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. winpark will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel. You must notify winpark immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting our support team via the in-platform live chat.
winpark operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage:
winpark reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Providing false or misleading KYC documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information held in your winpark Account is accurate and up to date at all times. Any material change to your personal information, including residential address or contact details, must be updated promptly via the Account settings section or by contacting the support team.
winpark accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer and selected cryptocurrency networks. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. winpark does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of winpark.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a Player's winpark Account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain. winpark is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or network congestion.
Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification are processed by winpark within the timeframes communicated in the cashier section of the Platform. winpark reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. winpark may apply additional security checks to withdrawals that exceed certain PKR thresholds.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method available on winpark. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. winpark reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time in accordance with its compliance obligations and operational requirements.
winpark does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. All funds deposited into a winpark Account must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party deposits will be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
winpark offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms communicated at the time of the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions and expiry dates.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all associated bonus winnings forfeited.
winpark reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to its modification or discontinuation will be honoured under the Terms applicable at the time of their opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.

All content on the winpark Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structure, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of winpark or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winpark Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

winpark's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the PKR value of your Real Money Balance at the time the relevant incident occurred. You may close your winpark Account at any time by submitting a closure request via the Account settings section or by contacting our support team via in-platform live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon Account closure. winpark will process Account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe following verification of your identity.

Where an Account is closed by winpark for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the winpark Platform or Services, you should first contact the winpark support team via in-platform live chat or by email at [email protected], providing full details of the matter in question. winpark will endeavour to respond to and resolve all Player disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of the initial complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the winpark support team, the matter will be escalated to winpark's designated dispute resolution process as outlined in the Platform's Help Centre. winpark's decision on all gaming and betting disputes, once escalated through the full internal process, is final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winpark holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through winpark's internal dispute resolution process.
winpark reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature — meaning they materially affect your rights, obligations or the Services available to you — winpark will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your Account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
Non-material updates, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions or minor administrative changes, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published.
Your continued use of the winpark Platform and Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
